So we need to figure out what time/day we are going to play for the duration of the summer.
Also, I can’t stress enough how much you all need to check this wiki constantly. This is the best and easiest way for me to get a hold of all of you.
Weekends would be very, very much preferred for me. We could start and end at times that aren’t coincident with it being “tomorrow” on the days we choose.
Other than that, I’m off of work at 4:00 most days.
Well, here’s the thing with me.
Tomorrow, I can’t, as I’m graduating.
This Sunday, I can’t, because I’m going to Boston, and it’ll be hard to get out of (though I will try my harddest to do so).
The Saturday after that is my Graduation Party. I’m going to be DMing a session. I think that speaks for itself.
Then the 26-27th, I’ll be at WNEC doing SOAR.
Other than that, I’m nearly free every day at almsot any time, though chances are I’ll be with Bio’s schedual for weekends, and aside from a few random days (like the 13th and 14th I should be able to weasel out of, but I have stuff those days too.)
So are you two the only ones who want to play this summer? Because that is a serious problem…
Okay. Long version is this:
Dan has yet to respond to my attempts at communication, Carl says he’s still sorting out his full time hours at Six Flags for the summer, but hasn’t said much in recent days.
Carl never checks Obsidian Portal, ‘nuff said.
Ray is in England at present time with no memorable saying about when he would be returning to be recalled in my head. Plus, the only number I have of his is apparently his house phone (Text messages don’t like going through land lines).
Short Version: Yes, apparently so.
And Olo is…?
Riiiight… Knew I forgot something, been spacing out lately. I haven’t heard much from him. Didn’t even respond to my text message <_>
Lame. Well if you two want to keep up on d&d action, and maybe see me, The Battle Standard in the Buckland Hills Mall and Time Machine Hobbies are both running Encounters. They’re both in Manchester, which is surprisingly close to the Springfield area. Battle Standard runs it tuesdays at 5 and Time Machine runs it Wednesdays at 7 (I think, I’m going to call tomorrow). I’m going to try to make one of both every week.
We shall see. Depends on whether or not my GPS screws me over again.
Malls are easy to find Dave…
Yeah, but my car can’t fly over water :3
Well then get on that shit and make it happen. And then give it to me! DM TAX!
Accursed DM Tax!
This looks interesting…
1. That does look interesting. o.o
2. For the time being, only us? Awwwwwww….Damn it all. sigh Ah well, I’ll save Rimosa for the group and use one of my other stock-piled characters if you decide to take me with you when you go to that place in Manchester. Maybe my mute Warlord…Hmmmm….
Last time I went to a game day in a comic store, they gave us characters to use :3
Ahh, I see. >.> Shows you how often I get out and play with other people.
I only went to one DX It was the release day for PHB3 classes :3
It’s encounters! http://www.wizards.com/dnd/Event.aspx?x=dnd/4new/event/dndencounters ENCOUNTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, it’s a pretty cool thing they’re doing here. The last season of this was what I was doing for most of PAX and it’s really fun.
Btw, there probably won’t be a whole lot of playing during Free RPG Day, but there will be copious amounts of free stuff. If you want to play the adventure they’ll be giving you, you’re favorite dm might be able to arrange something.
Yeah, they’re giving out the Dark Sun adventure. I want to try it out. Then we won’t have to use cookie cutter characters :3
One, you still will have to use premades until dark sun actually comes out. The adventure includes them. And two, the characters they give you for encounters are really good, much better than some of the abortions they’ve given out on game days in the past.
Well, that’s good. =) I mean, we won’t be playing as much, which is bad, but…At least that’s less of a chance for me to actually have to invoke my “Herald” status. >.>
Either way, this sounds like a load of fun.
Encounters is fun! You should go every week! The half-dwarf is awesome!
So I’m back from jolly old England, and I’m up for something. Way of me to figure out that you guys were talking here.
Free any day, pretty much. Dave, how’d you get my house number? o.o;
That was the number you gave to me. I suppose its a better alternative to one of the many cell phones you own XD.
But yeah, I’ll try to get ahold of Dan so we can organize something. I told Olo to check the site yesterday, so hopefully he’ll post something.
...Yes. I’ve been waiting for…I don’t know how long now for this group to get together, and damn it I will play DND with you this summer! XD Welcome back, btw!
Loo doo dee doo…
